Brilliant straw yellow, clear. Intense and fragrant, with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn, hints of green apple and citrus.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and savory on the attack, medium-bodied, with pleasant acidity. Clean evolution, mineral, with good aromatic persistence. Fresh and clean finish, with good length, expresses its best young, but with limited aging potential. Excellent with fish appetizers, shellfish, seafood salads, asparagus and fresh cheeses.
