Palate & Finish

On the palate, a fresh and mineral attack, agile body, enveloping sapidity. Balanced evolution, with good persistence and cleanliness. Long and refreshing finish, with saline notes. Excellent with raw seafood, grilled seafood, spaghetti with clams, fish salads.
