Intense ruby red, clear and brilliant. Intertwining of ripe red fruit, warm spices, earthy notes of humus, and a hint of graphite.
Palate & Finish

Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky and well-integrated tannins, full body. Complex evolution, enveloping texture, remarkable balance, long aromatic persistence. Long and deep finish, with echoes of cocoa and tobacco, great aging potential. Sliced beef with green pepper, stewed game, aged sheep's cheese.
