02Soft attack, good acidity, balanced tannins, enveloping body. Evolving aromatic complexity, significant structure, persistent finish. Long persistence with notes of Morello cherry in spirit, quinine, tobacco. Ideal with aged cheeses, dark chocolate, game, meditation.
