02Soft and warm attack, with silky tannins and good freshness. Complex and structured, it evolves with balsamic notes and a persistent finish. Remarkable length, with echoes of licorice and aging potential. Ideal with wild boar stew, Florentine steak, pasta with ragù, and aged cheeses.
