01Pale pink with coppery reflections, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Aroma of strawberry and raspberry, with floral notes of rose and a hint of toasted almond. Fresh and vibrant attack, slender body, almost imperceptible tannins.

02Evolving complexity on notes of bread crust and minerality, balanced and harmonious. Clean and good length finish, with fruity echoes and a slightly savory aftertaste. Ideal with beef carpaccio, mixed cured meats, aged goat cheeses, and tuna tartare.
