On the nose, citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit intertwine with hints of white flowers, almond, and a touch of yeast. On the palate, a fresh and lively attack, good minerality, slender body, and a silky effervescence.

02Complex evolution, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness, it finishes with a remarkable aromatic persistence. Long and clean finish, with echoes of fresh fruit and interesting aging potential. Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood crudités, crustaceans, and fresh cheeses.
