Intense and brilliant ruby red. Complex aromas of dried rose, cherry in spirit, licorice, and balsamic notes.
Palate & Finish

Enveloping attack, fresh acidity, and silky but present tannins. Elegant structure, great balance with evolution towards hints of tobacco and leather. Long and persistent finish, promises good aging potential. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, braised beef in Barolo, stewed wild boar, and aged cheeses.
