02Fresh attack, medium body, soft tannins, and pleasant acidity. Complex and well-balanced, with good persistence. Long and fruity finish, with aging potential. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, vitello tonnato, Piedmontese cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
