02Enveloping entry, great freshness, vigorous but integrated tannins, full and velvety body. Solid structure, elegant evolution, magnificent balance, long aromatic persistence. Prolonged finish, hints of sweet spices and leather, remarkable aging potential. Beef fillet with green pepper, ossobuco alla Milanese, game stew, aged hard cheeses.
