02Enveloping attack, silky but present tannins, vibrant freshness, full and majestic body. Complex and layered, with impeccable balance that evolves into notes of undergrowth and tobacco. Very long, elegant, and persistent finish, with great aging potential. Ideal with Barolo braised beef, game in salmi, aged hard cheeses.
