This Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG presents a pale straw hue with fine, persistent bubbles, releasing aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of almond. The palate offers a dry, refreshing effervescence with subtle notes of white flowers and a minerally finish characteristic of this ancestral re-fermented style. Excellent with light seafood appetizers, fresh pasta with vegetable sauces, cured meats, or mild cheeses.
