This Prosecco Superiore DOCG Cartizze presents a pale straw hue with persistent fine bubbles, releasing elegant aromas of ripe pear, acacia blossom, and a hint of almond. On the palate, it is dry and vivacious, showcasing a delicate minerality and a creamy mousse that leads to a clean, refreshing finish. Excellent with seafood risotto, delicate white fish, prosciutto and melon, or light fruit tarts.
