01Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Floral notes of hawthorn and acacia, hints of green apple and citrus, touches of toasted almond. Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, slender body, devoid of tannins.

02Aromatic complexity, elegant structure, savory-acidic balance, remarkable persistence. Long and clean finish, notes of citrus and yeast, discreet aging potential. Excellent with oysters, raw fish, spaghetti with clams, seared scallops.
