01Bright straw yellow, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. Notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers, with hints of yeast and toasted almond. Fresh and soft entry, good acidity, medium body, creamy effervescence.

02Aromatic complexity, balance between sweetness and acidity, long persistence. Clean and citrusy finish, with a light bread note, ready to drink with aging potential. Excellent with delicate appetizers, crustaceans, seafood, and white fish dishes.
