Palate & Finish
02This Trentodoc, an expression of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from selected high-hill vineyards, matures on its lees for over sixty months, gaining complexity thanks to a carefully calibrated dosage of expedition liqueur. The sparkling wine reveals itself in the glass with a fine and vibrant perlage, a prelude to refined aromas that anticipate a sip of considerable substance.
