The Barbera grapes, after being hand-picked into crates, undergo a drying process in a ventilated, temperature-controlled room, a technique that gives the Tre Secoli Piemonte DOC Barbera Passito a pronounced intensity. In the glass, it presents itself with an intense red color, dotted with purplish reflections that evolve towards garnet hues with aging.

On the nose, enveloping aromas of red fruit jam are perceived, intertwining with delicate notes of violet and a hint of vanilla. This wine is magnificently suited for meditation, but it will best enhance succulent red meats and those prepared on the grill.
