02Warm and enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky but present tannins, full body. Complex, austere and dry, with excellent structure and remarkable balance. Long and persistent, with a velvety finish that promises great longevity. Game, braised meats, elaborate red meats, aged cheeses.
