Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, clear. Intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, plum, spicy notes of black pepper and licorice, with balsamic hints and tertiary notes of leather.
Palate & Finish

Enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky but present tannins, full and robust body. Complex evolution, great structure, harmonious balance between fruit and spice, long taste persistence. Long and warm finish, with notes of cocoa and tobacco, promises excellent aging potential. Perfect with Barolo braised beef, game stew, aged hard cheeses.
