01Intense and bright ruby red. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry, plum, with floral notes of violet and hints of black pepper and licorice.

Palate & Finish
02Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, full and enveloping body. Complex and structured, with excellent evolution revealing notes of cocoa and tobacco. Long and persistent finish, with good aging potential. Ideal with beef roasts, game, aged cheeses, and pasta with duck ragu.
