Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of citrus, green apple, and floral notes, with hints of minerality and yeast. Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, silky tannins, medium body.
Palate & Finish

Complex and harmonious, with good structure that evolves into notes of almond and dried fruit. Long and clean finish, with a pleasant sapidity, promises good aging potential. Ideal with raw fish appetizers, light first courses, and fresh cheeses.
