02Fresh and lively attack, elegant and silky tannins, medium-bodied structure. Harmonious evolution, good aromatic complexity, remarkable balance and medium persistence. Clean and mineral finish, with aging potential. Ideal with roasted pork, sautéed porcini mushrooms, aged cheeses, and pasta alla norma.
