480 slm Chianti Classico annata D.O.C.G
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Sangiovese, the principal grape variety of Chianti Classico, here cultivated on calcareous soils of alberese and galestro at 480 meters above sea level, gives life to a wine with an intense and deep character, confirmed by a decisive alcohol content of 14.5%. In the glass, it presents itself in its guise of dry red, expressing notes on the nose that invite a decisive sip. The southeast, south, and southwest exposure of the vineyards planted between 2003 and 2015 favors optimal fruit maturation, harvested in early October.
