02This wine, an expression of the volcanic land, is the result of a blend of 90% Nerello Mascalese and 10% Nerello Cappuccio, grapes ripened in the first 15 days of October. It offers the taster an intense color, promising vibrant aromas and a taste that recalls the minerality of its origin territory.

03It is a wine capable of pairing with robust dishes of Sicilian tradition, such as baked lamb or sarde a beccafico.
