01Terra Costantino, in its constant pursuit of excellence, presents us with an Etna Bianco Doc deAetna, whose controlled designation of origin certifies its authenticity. The very name, evocative of a Latin text from 1495, suggests a deep connection with the history and sacredness of the Etna territory, elevating this wine to an intellectual experience. Dominated by 80% Carricante, with 15% Catarratto and 5% Minnella, this white displays delicate notes on the nose that recall its volcanic origin.
