Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet of candied citrus, green apple, white flowers, and notes of bread crust and toasted almond.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant entry, good acidity, lean body, with no perceptible tannins. Aromatic complexity, silky texture, savory finish, long taste persistence. Dry and clean finish, saline and citrus notes, excellent aging potential.
