Intense amber, clear. Nose of toasted dried fruit, caramelized figs, acacia honey, notes of leather and sweet spices.
Palate & Finish

Soft and warm attack, enveloping sweetness, full body, almost imperceptible tannin. Complex and layered, great structure, perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, very long finish. Persistent and warm finish, with hints of toasted almond and saffron, remarkable aging potential. Cantucci, dried fruit tarts, aged blue cheeses, dark chocolate.
