Intense ruby red, clear, fine and persistent foam. Notes of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, tertiary hints of leather and tobacco. Decisive attack, fresh acidity, velvety but present tannins, full body.
Palate & Finish

Evolving complexity, silky texture, majestic balance, long persistence. Long and warm finish, spicy aftertaste, considerable aging potential. Beef fillet in crust, braised game, aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
