Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet of fresh white flowers, candied citrus, honeyed notes and a hint of sage. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, slender body, almost absent tannins.
Palate & Finish

Elegant evolution, aromatic complexity that opens with hints of white peach and toasted almond, harmonic balance. Clean and fruity finish, good length, with a slightly bitter aftertaste that invites the next sip, discreet aging potential. Perfect with raw crustaceans, white fish tartare, fresh blue cheeses and almond dry pastries.
