Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent foam. Nose of fresh citrus, green apple, floral notes of broom and a slight mineral hint. Fresh and vibrant attack, good sapidity, lean but present body.
Palate & Finish

Clean and linear evolution, good integration of the foam, balanced. Crisp and clean finish, medium persistence, notes of toasted almond. Ideal with swordfish carpaccio, warm seafood salad, crostini with ricotta and aromatic herbs.
