Palate & Finish

Fresh and savory entry, good acidity, medium body. Elegant structure, good harmony, clean and pleasant finish. Medium-long finish, notes of white fruit and bitter almond, discreet aging potential. Excellent with seafood appetizers, first courses with vegetables, grilled fish, fresh cheeses.
