02The eight-month aging, including four months on fine lees and without clarifications or filtrations, lends the wine a silky texture and an aromatic complexity that develops with grace. On the palate, its softness makes it an ideal companion for grilled fish dishes, pasta with seafood, and fresh goat cheeses.
