Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Ideal for lighthearted and carefree conviviality, this white from Tenuta San Basilio presents itself in the glass with a crystalline appearance. Originating from the Euganean Hills and vinified in purity from Chardonnay grapes aged between 20 and 40 years, cultivated on marl-limestone soils with a south/south-east exposure, this wine refines for six months in steel on its own noble lees.

Palate & Finish
02Delicate aromas emerge on the nose, while on the palate, a pleasant freshness is found, making it an excellent companion for raw shellfish, seared scampi, and mixed fried seafood.
