Soft attack, balanced freshness, silky and enveloping tannins, full and enveloping body. Aromatic complexity that develops with elegance, important and harmonious structure, vibrant sip, long persistence. Long and savory finish, with echoes of licorice and tobacco, excellent aging potential. Herb-crusted lamb chops, braised game, aged hard cheeses, 70% dark chocolate.
