Soft attack, good freshness, elegant and present tannins, medium body. Aromatic complexity, balanced structure, great gustatory harmony, notable persistence. Long and clean finish with fruity returns, interesting evolutionary potential. Excellent with pappardelle with wild boar ragu, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
