Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Merlot in these lands, from a clay-limestone soil with gravel, finds its expressiveness with a guyot training system that ensures a density of 5,000 vines per hectare and a yield of 70 quintals. On the nose, scents reminiscent of ripe fruit are perceived, supported by a mineral note conferred by the soil.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the wine reveals itself with a pleasant texture, which pairs well with strong flavors. Perfect with Barolo braised beef or with beef tagliata with rosemary.
