Pale pink with coral reflections, clear and brilliant; fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, floral notes of rose, and hints of yeast and bread crust. Soft and fresh attack, good acidity, silky tannins, elegant body.
Palate & Finish

Well-integrated aromatic complexity, vibrant structure, harmonious balance, long taste persistence. Dry and clean finish, notes of toasted almond, excellent aging potential. Ideal with smoked salmon carpaccio, seafood tagliatelle, sushi and sashimi, soft cheeses.
