01Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Notes of citrus, green apple, floral hints of hawthorn and a touch of bread crust. Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, slender body, without perceptible tannins.

02Elegant evolution, sapid, with a pleasant complexity that opens on notes of toasted almond. Clean and long finish, with a mineral aftertaste. Ideal with oysters, swordfish carpaccio, sushi and fresh cheeses.
