02On the palate, dry attack, fresh acidity, light body but with character, subtle bitter note. Linear evolution, good structure, pleasant balance, notable persistence. Clean and persistent finish, fresh, with limited aging potential. Ideal with seafood appetizers, rice salads, crustaceans, and fresh cheeses.
