01Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fragrant, notes of orange blossom, white peach, ripe apricot, and a hint of sage. Sweet but fresh, immediate sweetness balanced by a pleasant acidity, soft and enveloping body.

Palate & Finish
02Aromatic complexity that evolves with honeyed notes and a hint of orange blossom, harmonious and well-integrated structure. Long and sweet finish, persistence of candied fruit and acacia honey, good aging potential. Ideal with fruit tarts, dry pastries, blue cheeses, and foie gras.
