Intense, clear ruby red. Notes of cherry, blackberry, and bitter almond.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and soft attack, good acidity, present but smooth tannins, medium body. Evolution with fruity hints and a slight bitter note, balanced. Medium persistence finish, almond aftertaste. Ideal with cured meats, pasta with ragu, Piedmontese agnolotti, roasted white meats.
