Bright pale pink, clear and brilliant. Intense aroma of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a citrus note of pink grapefruit.
Palate & Finish

Fresh acidity, immediate softness, light and silky body. Elegant evolution with fruity and floral hints, well-balanced and pleasing. Clean and persistent finish, with an echo of red fruit and good drinkability. Excellent with seafood salads, swordfish carpaccio, pasta with spring vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
