Deep garnet with ruby reflections, clear. Intense, complex, with hints of dried rose, tobacco, licorice, and balsamic notes.
Palate & Finish

Enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky yet present tannins, full body. Elegant evolution, great structure, notable balance, long aromatic persistence. Persistent and clean finish, notes of candied orange and sweet spices, excellent aging potential. Beef braised, wild boar stew, aged hard cheeses, game (fur).
