Intense straw yellow, clear. Complex bouquet of dried white flowers, toasted almond, herbaceous notes, and a hint of hydrocarbon.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, fresh and savory attack, full body, a sensation of softness balanced by lively acidity. Mineral evolution, remarkable structure, great balance, notable persistence. Long and clean finish, with hints of almond and a pleasant saline note. It is excellent for aging. Perfect with raw seafood, crustaceans, white fish dishes in sauce, aged hard cheeses.
