Bright ruby red with violet reflections, clear. Nose of ripe cherry, violet, earthy notes, and a balsamic hint.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and savory attack, silky but present tannins, medium body. Balanced evolution between fruit and minerality, good structure. Pleasantly persistent finish with echoes of red fruit and earth. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar ragu, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged pecorino.
