01Bright, clear ruby red. Nose of ripe cherry, violet, and a hint of earthiness.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and juicy attack, tannins present but silky, medium body. Evolves on fruity and floral notes, good harmony, clean finish. Persistent finish with echoes of sweet spices, excellent evolutionary potential. Pappardelle with wild boar ragu, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
