The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Doc Piave designation mandates an indigenous grape variety, and here we find Raboso, an icon of the territory with roots stretching back into a history-rich past. Originally called by the dialectal expression "rabbioso" (rabid), it is distinguished by a vividly astringent sensation, a hallmark that stimulates and provokes the senses with its rustic and powerful character.

02It presents itself in the glass with an intense red color, promising body and structure. This wine proves to be an ideal companion for robust meat dishes such as wild boar stew or grilled beef fillet.
