Intense and deep ruby red, almost impenetrable, with garnet hues. Complex and layered bouquet: ripe black fruit, plum, blackberry, spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves, licorice, tertiary hints of leather, tobacco, and cocoa.
Palate & Finish

Soft and enveloping attack, great freshness balanced by silky tannins and a full, majestic body. Elegant evolution, rich and persistent taste texture, harmony between sweetness, acidity, and sapidity, remarkable aromatic complexity. Long and balsamic finish, with echoes of candied fruit and evolved notes, exceptional aging potential. Wild boar stew with plums, aged blue cheeses, roasted duck breast, 85% dark chocolate.
