Intense ruby red, almost impenetrable, with slight garnet reflections. Complex aromas of ripe black fruit, plum and cherry in spirit, evolving into spicy notes of licorice, tobacco, and bitter cocoa.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, it is warm, enveloping, with silky tannins and a remarkable structure. The evolution is majestic, with impeccable balance between acidity, softness, and sapidity. Long and persistent finish, with echoes of candied fruit and sweet spices, promising great aging potential. Perfect with Barolo braised beef, stewed wild boar, feathered game, and aged cheeses.
