02Soft and enveloping attack, well-integrated sweetness, silky tannins, full and velvety body. Complex and layered evolution, great structure, perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, remarkable persistence. Long and persistent finish, with notes of cocoa and candied fruit, considerable aging potential. Perfect with dry pastries, aged blue cheeses, dark chocolate, fruit tarts.
